Our 7 hour safari turned into an all day affair… went on safari and saw all the animals, hung out with big homie Paul (our amazing safari guide, your guide could NEVER!), ate bomb food, made some new friends (shout out to Mercy, Lacey, Mama; and Sayo), and saw Mt. Kilimanjaro… wasn’t expecting any of this but this experience was absolutely amazing!!! Love when pleasant unexpected things happen while traveling. Be sure to be intentional and specific with your prayers because if you aren’t you’ll end up delayed by a busted tire but the clouds will have cleared away and you’ll get to see the mountain that you prayed for and hang out with your new friends talking, learning about each other’s culture, talking politics, exchanging contact/Facebook info, talking about family, scoping out giraffes with binoculars, trying on jewelry, etc. for HOURS while waiting for a new tire to show up.

Fun fact; my dream is to own a farm with a few goats and chickens and grow a ton of fruits and veggies in South Carolina and then cook for people who come visit the farm. This was fun for me!

I’d eat it on EVERYTHING!
