BOOZY COCONUT HORCHATA
Ingredients
From the Taste Tutor “Brown Drinks for Girls” Cocktail Friday series.
Yield: 5 ounces
PREP IT!
- 2 ounces Coconut Milk or Rice Milk 
- 1 ounce Horchata liqueur 
- 1 ounce Dark rum 
- 1 ounce Coconut rum 
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla paste or extract 
- 3 cubes (teaspoons) Sugar 
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon, ground 
- Ice 
MAKE IT!
- Stir all ingredients together and pour over ice. 
- Enjoy! 
Tip: If you don’t like strong coconut flavor double the dark rum and leave out the coconut rum.
