CHARCUTERIE
Charcuterie Board
How to build a board for any vibe!
Charcuterie boards are flexible. You can go classic, vegan, Halal, or even brunch-style. Here is a guide to building abundant, beautiful boards with room to make it your own.
MAKE IT TIPS!
Start with Structure - Group cheeses, meats, or mains first. Then fill in with smaller items.
Mix Textures - Creamy, crunchy, chewy, juicy. Think cheese, nuts, dried fruit, roasted veg, fresh berries.
Add Tons of Color - Use seasonal produce, herbs, pickles, edible flowers for a pop.
Think Layers - Fold meats, slice cheeses, stack crackers.
Sweet & Savory - Pair jam with sharp cheese, honey with salty nuts, fruit with meat or hummus.
Keep It Neat - Cluster like items together. Repeat ingredients in different spots to balance the board. Group similar items together and use small bowls for anything sticky or runny (jams, dips, olives). It makes the board feel luxe and organized.
Think of your dippers and carriers. - Offer a mix of crackers, toasts, breadsticks, bagels, or veggie sticks depending on the board style. People will build little bites as they graze.
Optional Add-Ins
Chocolate bark, spiced nuts, popcorn, mini toasts, flavored oils, fresh herbs, or flowers depending on the theme.
