Inspired by the delicious salad and homemade dressing we had in Benin…
Yield: 2-3 servings
PREP IT!
- 3-5 ounces Anchovies, canned 
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise 
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar 
- ½ tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed 
- ½ tablespoon Olive Oil 
- 1 teaspoon Capers, with their juice 
- ¼ teaspoon Taste Tutor Blackening Seasoning 
- 1 tablespoons Taste Tutor Seasoning 101 
- ½ teaspoon Garlic, granulated 
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground 
- ½ teaspoon Thyme, dried - The following are optional ingredients. I was trying to match the savoriness of her recipe but you can try leaving them out if you don’t have them. 
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce 
- ½ teaspoon Dried Shrimp or Crayfish 
- ¼ teaspoon Vegetable Bouillon 
MAKE IT!
- Blend all the ingredients together using a food processor, blender, or immersion blender. 
- Enjoy on salad! 
Tip:
Store leftovers: in the fridge for up to 1 day.
