Naija Street Corn
Just like the corn we had as kids …
Yield: 4 servings
PREP IT!
4 Ears of Corn, fresh, shucked
1 teaspoon Taste Tutor Piri Piri Seasoning (Spicy)
or
1 teaspoon Taste Tutor Seasoning 101
MAKE IT!
Preheat charcoal grill until coals are white.
Place a piece of foil over the grates.
Grill corn on low for 30-45 minutes or on high for 20 minutes until corn is charred and kernels begin to dry out.
Sprinkle hot corn with Taste Tutor Piri Piri Seasoning or Taste Tutor Seasoning 101
Enjoy!!
Tip: Keep the grill closed to keep the heat inside. Since you aren’t precooking the corn, it needs enough heat to make sure all the kernels are cooked thoroughly.
Reheat leftovers: in the oven or in the microwave.
