RASPBERRY SORBET FLOAT
Ingredients
From the Taste Tutor “Brown Drinks for Girls” Cocktail Friday series.
Yield: 3-8 ounces
PREP IT!
- 1 scoop Raspberry sorbet 
- 2 ounces Bourbon 
- ½ ounce Raspberry liqueur 
- 2 pieces Candied Ginger, 1 diced for cocktail, 1 whole for garnish 
- 2 sprigs Thyme, 1 for garnish 
- Champagne float, optional 
MAKE IT!
- Scoop raspberry sorbet into rocks glass. 
- Add diced candied ginger and thyme leaves. 
- Top with bourbon, raspberry liquor. 
- Garnish with candied ginger and thyme sprig. 
- For a strong sipping drink, enjoy at this point. For more bubbles, top with champagne and enjoy!
