Shrimp Po’boy
Inspired by my weekend in NOLA…
PREP IT!
- Tomato, sliced 
- Lettuce, shredded 
- Po’boy Bread (French Bread), buttered and toasted 
MAKE IT!
- Slice the Po’boy bread in half, spread a thin layer of butter on each side, and toast it in the oven. 
- Build your sandwich as desired. 
- Enjoy!
