Simple suya recipe…

Yield: 3-4 servings

PREP IT!             

  • 2 pounds Beef, Chicken, Goat, Shrimp, or desired meat

  • 5½ teaspoons Taste Tutor Seasoning 101

  • 3 tablespoons Taste Tutor Suya Seasoning*spicy

  • 1 large Bell pepper, any color, cut into large chunks

  • ¾ large Red onion, cut into large chunks

  • ½ cup Vegetable oil

  • For garnish, remaining Red onion, sliced thin

  • For garnish, Tomato, fresh, sliced

  • For garnish, Cucumber, fresh, sliced

  • For garnish, Extra Taste Tutor Suya Seasoning*spicy

MAKE IT!

  1. Soak a pack of skewers in water for 24 hours.

  2. Cut desired meat into small cubes or thin strips. Season meat with Taste Tutor Seasoning 101 and Taste Tutor Suya Seasoning for at least 1 hour.

  3. Thread seasoned meat, peppers, and onion onto soaked skewers.

  4. Brush all surfaces of the meat with oil.

  5. Grill meat as desired.

  6. Garnish with red onion, tomato, cucumber, and extra Taste Tutor Suya Seasoning. Enjoy!

Tip: For easy prep, follow steps 2 and 3 omitting the use of skewers. Sauté meat in a skillet with 4-6 tablespoons of oil. Be sure kitchen is well ventilated as the suya seasoning is spicy!

Reheat leftovers: in the oven or in the microwave.
