Southern Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Yield: 1-2 servings

PREP IT!

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

  • 3 Potatoes, I like Yukon Gold

  • 1 small Onion, sliced

  • 8 cloves Garlic, sliced

  • 1 Habanero Pepper

  • 1 tablespoon Taste Tutor Seasoning 101

MAKE IT!

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.

  2. Add ingredients and sauté until potatoes are soft.

  3. Add a little bit of water towards the end of cooking to deglaze the pan and to continue cooking the potatoes.

  4. Enjoy with other brunch-esque foods and beverages!
