Fried Fish and Creamy Grits
Classic fish & grits…
Yield: 2-3 servings
PREP IT!
- 4-6 Whiting fillets, or your favorite fish, fresh or thawed 
- 3½ cups Multipurpose Breader 
- For frying, Peanut Oil 
- Taste Tutor Seasoning 101, to season fish and to sprinkle on top 
- Creamy grits recipe prepared with Gruyere cheese 
MAKE IT!
- Season fish with Taste Tutor Seasoning 101. 
- in a cast iron skillet, heat oil to 365F. 
- Dip fish into multipurpose breader to coat. Shake off excess breader. 
- Fry fish 3-4 minutes until it reaches internal temperature of 145F and breading is golden brown. 
- Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel. Sprinkle with Taste Tutor Seasoning 101. 
- Serve hot with creamy grits!
