MAKE IT!

  1. In a large bowl, stir together Taste Tutor Brine and cold water until brine is dissolved.

  2. Brine chicken for minimum 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. Remove chicken from brine and pat dry. Season chicken with Taste Tutor Seasoning 101.

  4. in a cast iron skillet, heat oil to 365F.

  5. Follow standard three step breading method.

  6. Fry chicken 7-10 minutes until it reaches internal temperature of 165F.

  7. Serve hot!

Tip: For quick fried chicken, follow the same process but instead of using standard three breading method, shake chicken in one coat of multipurpose breader and fry. No need for egg, buttermilk, or cayenne pepper.
